Vegetable Garden

Do you think this beautiful spring weather is here to stay, or will Georgia throw another winter storm our way? We are crossing our fingers and hoping for the first! Either way, it’s time to start growing your veggies so that you’ll have a bountiful garden come late spring and summer. Join us at our next workshop to learn how to get your edible garden started.

On March 1st, we’ll discuss the basics of how to grow vegetables in containers, raised beds, potatoes in sacks, and how to get your seeds started indoors. This is a free event, although we do ask that you RSVP so that we are sure to have enough seating and space available. After this workshop, you’ll have the knowledge you need to to head home, and start planting! After you understand the best growing conditions for your veggies, and how to get them started and keep them producing throughout the season, vegetable gardening will be easy. You’ll have a table that is overflowing with delicious vegetables fresh from your very own garden.

Start thinking now about what kind of space you have available in your Canton or Woodstock yard, patio or porch and decide on what kind of vegetables you’d like to grow this year. We look forward to helping you feed your family, right from your own garden! Please RSVP to 770-442-3901 or send us an email through our contact form.
